A Bluebird Birthday

On Friday 10th April Bluebird Tea Co. will be celebrating it’s Gardner Street store’s first birthday with FREE tea give-aways throughout the day and the launch of an exciting new venture; acoustic music nights.

The celebrations will start from 10:30am with bestselling brew, Birthday Cake and sweet treats given out to all customers, until 5pm. From this time, free tea cocktails will be flowing as the independent store welcomes fellow North Laine traders, press and bloggers to join in the fun.

After hours (7:30pm), the party really begins as Bluebird Tea Co.’s first ever BYOB music night gets underway. Showcasing the acoustic talents of Brighton-based solo acts, the team hope this to be the icing on the (birthday) cake after a day full of festivities.

“As we never actually got around to having a launch, our birthday party is the perfect opportunity to celebrate our store’s first year,” the tea company’s founder Krisi Smith says.

“We’ve been well and truly welcomed to the North Laine by its cool and quirky traders and our fantastic customers, so inviting everyone along for free cups of Birthday Cake tea, delicious tea cocktails and some great live music is just our way of saying a big thank you for the support we’ve received so far!”

Bluebird Tea Co.’s all day birthday party will be taking place at 41 Gardner Street, Brighton, from 10:30am on Friday 10th April.
