‘Adrenaline Rush’ obstacle race comes to Sussex

Inmotion Sport has announced that its urban obstacle race Adrenaline Rush will be coming to Brighton for the first time, taking place at Stanmer Park on Saturday 20 August. Powered by Macmillan Cancer Support, 35% of all entrance fees will go directly to help ensure that no one faces cancer alone.

With a minimum of 20 obstacles in each race including the biggest inflatable slide in Europe ‘Everest’ and a 16ft ‘Leap of Faith’, not to mention Ad Rush ‘Gladiators’ to dodge, entrants are guaranteed to have their strength, stamina and mental resolve put to the test at every turn. Adrenaline Rush 2016 will get you:

  • Wet and muddy – soap sud dives, water pits, giant slides
  • Hot and sweaty – vault walls, net climbs, plank walks
  • Down and dirty – dark tunnels, barbed-wire crawls, rope mazes
  • High and dry – log balances, trapeze swings, ramp climbs
  • A guaranteed Adrenaline Rush – wipeout runs, Gladiators, Leap Of Faith
  • And much, much more…

Participants have the choice of running a 5k or 10k course, meaning the event is suitable for all abilities and there is also the opportunity to complete the course as an individual or as part of a team.

Entrance fees start at £50 but rise closer to the event and discounts are available for group entries.

Inmotion Sport has also launched ‘Young Rushers’ for this year – part of the Adrenaline Rush series that young people 14- 17 years of age will be able to take part in, when entering with a responsible adult.

The Brighton 5k ‘Young Rushers’ race will take place in the afternoon at Stanmer Park on Saturday 20 August and will include a minimum of 20 obstacles, featuring everything from assault course favourites such as plank walks and rope mazes, to bespoke challenges including the giant slide Everest and Adrenaline Rush’s signature Leap Of Faith.
