Spring has sprung (finally!) and it’s the perfect time to revive your living space with anything from a complete makeover to a quick freshen up. So if you’re ready to take the plunge with a new look, fresh palette and stunning accessories here are some nifty apps to help you reinvent your home.

Remodelista
Gwyneth Paltrow has declared herself a big fan but don’t let that put you off; daily updates of inspiring architecture, stylish DIY projects, product round-ups and Steal This Look posts are why stylists and architects across the globe consider it a must-have interior design app.

Homestyler Interior Design
If you can’t quite picture how that new sofa, mirror or industrial lighting will look in your room then this fantastic app takes out all the guesswork. Just take a photo of your space to create a 3D model within which you can try out wall colours, décor items and furniture (pictured above).

myPANTONE
Staring at endless colour swatches can present too many choices and combinations, but if you love that washed out 50s postcard, coffee mug or favourite shirt just use the app to grab the colours and you have ready-to-go pantone-matched colour palette you can take anywhere. Easy!

Houzz
A hugely successful app, be totally inspired by Houzz; 8 million photos of home exteriors and interiors that you can browse by location, style, and room.Like what you see? Save and share your favourite images with family, friends and get decorating tips from the Houzz community and DIY tutorials from design professionals.

MagicPlan
Taking the tedium and legwork out of measuring spaces big and small, the very handy MagicPlan app allows you to quickly create professional floor plans just by taking pictures. Add objects, notes and attributes to generate a comprehensive layout, especially useful when engaging contractors.
