Enjoy a feast of foodie fun at Foodies Festival

Foodies Festival returns to Hove Lawns this May Bank Holiday for another taste-bud-tickling feast of Michelin-star and celebrity chefs, food and drink masterclasses, artisan producers, street food from around the world and lots more foodie fun.

Learn how to cook like a top chef in the Aga Rangemaster Chefs Theatre with masterclasses from Brighton’s culinary elite and celebrity chefs including the Michelin-starred Matt Gillan from The Pass and Stephen Crane of Ockenden Manor, MasterChef winners Ping Coombes and Steven Edwards, and top local chefs before sampling the finest champagnes, wines and craft beers with experts in the Drinks Theatre.

Sweet-toothed visitors will love the Cake & Bake Theatre, where you can taste your way through baking and chocolate masterclasses with Burlesque Baker Charlotte White and master chocolatier Fiona Sciolti, and visit the Artisan Market to shop and sample from over 100 award-winning producers – you’ll be totally spoilt for choice for what to eat first.

Foodies-Festival-BrightonFeast on flavours from around the world on the Street Food Avenue, where there’s a special focus on Brazilian cuisine. Celebrity chef Aldo Zilli will also be launching his new street food range with Italian Burritos, and watch the grilling pros fire-up mouth-watering recipes at the BBQ Stage, before relaxing with afternoon tea in the Vintage Tea Tent.

With live music from local bands at the Unsigned Music Awards Stage and refreshing cocktails served from the Giant Pimm’s Teapot, you’re guaranteed a lip-smacking day out with friends and family.
