A new dish on the table

This month we’ve fallen in love with the Parson’s Table in Arundel a bit.

Lee and Liz met 20 years ago at Claridge’s Hotel, London, where Lee was a sous chef with a twinkle in his eye and Liz was newly arrived in London, undertaking a four year apprenticeship through The Savoy Group hotels.

They now have their own restaurant and we’ve been there a couple of times already for an excellent lunch.

We asked them to give us their signature dish and they said without hesitation Citrus Cured Sea Trout Gravlax with avocado, ruby grapefruit and pickled daikon radish. Fresh, zesty and delicious, we thoroughly recommend.
