Kylie to headline Brighton Pride 2019

Yes the rumours are true – following hot on last year’s Britney coup, Brighton Pride have this year outdone themselves and bagged pint-sized legend Kylie Minogue to headline Pride in the Park, ably abetted by Grammy Award winners Clean Bandit.

2019 marks the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Inn uprising that ignited the Pride movement so this was always going to be a special year. In her first ever full UK Pride performance, Kylie will be bringing a very special show to celebrate this iconic anniversary.

You know without us telling you that tickets are going to go like hot buns (pun intended) and in fact the first release have already sold out. The next batch ARE LIVE at the time of writing but goodness knows how long they’ll take to go!

With record sales topping a staggering 70million and a back catalogue packed with sexy hits, we just know this is going to be an amazing performance from one of our favourite ever showgirls.

Funds raised from this high profile event will support numerous causes. Brighton Pride- which is a non-profit CIC – has raised over £705,000 for the Rainbow Fund, Pride Cultural Development Fund and Pride Social Impact Fund in the last six years. The Rainbow Fund has a remit to receive donations and to use them to give grants to LGBT and HIV groups and organisations in Brighton and Hove. The Pride Social Impact Fund benefit local good causes giving grants to a range of local groups.
