Limited BAHBA tickets still on sale
The most exciting night in the Brighton business calendar? Probably!
There are only a limited number of tickets still on sale now for what is probably the most exciting and fun night in the Brighton business calendar.
Even if you are not a finalist, the Brighton and Hove Business Awards is the best networking event in the city. Following last year’s success at the All Saints Church in Hove, the BAHBAs return once more on Thursday 15 September with their Bollywood spectacular.
Some of the Brighton’s biggest and best – and youngest and newest – make the thirty-three finalists shortlisted for fourteen awards at this year’s ceremony.
The list of finalists reflects Brighton’s broad range of businesses and includes pubs, hotels, restaurants, two bus companies, gin makers, recruiters, search companies, as well as such iconic sights as Sea Life Brighton and the Sewer Tours from Southern Water.
They will all compete for fourteen awards in categories which include the creative industries, professional services, managing director and the best event, as well as the best place to work.
Awards will also be made to the person who, in the judges’ opinion, has done the most for Brighton – the Outstanding Brightonian – and an overall Judges’ Choice award for The Best Business in Brighton and a special Chairman’s award.
As one guest commented on last year’s event, “The best yet! A great evening. Everyone I spoke with had a great time. The venue was inspiring and the awards were typically Brighton!”
And this year the organisers have upped the ante even more. This year’s event, which will once more be presented by Brighton’s finest MC, Stephen Grant, begins with a Ridgeview sparkling wine reception.
Catering is provided by the award-winning Curry Leaf Café who will be serving street food sharing platters of chicken curry, potato, spinach and cauliflower masala alongside poppadoms, chutneys, raitas, samosas and pakoras. Exciting rosewater and pistachio ice cream and coconut and lime sorbet will follow. And, of course, entertainment from the Bollywood dancers.
Tickets are on sale now and cost £70 (plus VAT) each. Purchase yours at www.bahba.co.uk
