It’s getting colder and darker, which can only mean one thing. Winter is coming (thanks Jon Snow). But it’s not all doom and gloom – one of the highlights of our winter each year is the Pavilion Ice Rink, and we’ve got some tickets to give away!

With arguably the most beautiful backdrop in the country, the ice rink is back again for its TENTH year! Yes we were amazed too. Not only that, the rink is greener than ever, with the rink powered exclusively by wind and solar energy.

“This year we have gone the extra mile to ensure that we minimise our impact, using clean energy to power our rink, supporting Sussex Wildlife Trust to plant thousands of trees, and delivering the highest possible performance in terms of energy efficiency and minimising carbon emissions,” said Shella Parkin, MD of Laine Ltd, creator of the Royal Pavilion Ice Rink.

And as usual there’s the lovely bar and restaurant alongside it, offering yummy dishes such as sticky fries, tapas style plates, pizzas and burgers, plus lots of vegan options.
