On Saturday 2nd May, between 10am – 4pm Churchill Square Shopping Centre will be holding an exclusive event from Debenhams’ Benefit team in aid of two women’s charities.
Learn make-up tips and techniques from Benefit’s make up artists at live make up demonstrations, as well as picking up some personal shopper style and advice.
At 2pm there will be a fashion show where models who have been supported by the charities will showcase products from Debenhams.
The Bold and Beautiful Project looks to empower big dreams and bold moves by supporting two charities that support women and girls. Look Good Feel Good is the only global cancer charity that supports women with visible side effects of cancer treatment.
They offer workshops, masterclasses and provide confidence kits to give women the strength to fight cancer. Refuge is the national domestic violence charity, and the largest provider of support services for victims of domestic violence. They support around 3,000 women and children on a daily basis.
Throughout May, 100% of the profits of a Benefit brow wax in any beauty treatment will go to charities that support women and girls. On top of this, customers will be given a full-sized Gimme Brow (RRP £18.50) absolutely free to say thank you for supporting the campaign.
Kaye Walker, Marketing Director at Churchill Square said, “We are delighted to be able support the Benefit Bold and Beautiful Project. Look Good Feel Good and Refuge both provide vital services that support women and girls in difficult times and we hope this event will not only raise essential funds for them, but also help our shoppers feel good about themselves.”
