Pop up restaurant to become permanent fixture
If like us you’re a big fan of fusion pop up Señor Buddha you’ll be pleased to know that the team have secured a permanent home in Brighton.
The restaurant will officially open during the weekend of July 31 at their Preston Circus premises with opening times from 5pm (they don’t ask people to leave, as it’s run the Spanish way!), and they’ll be offering their unique Spanish/East Asian tapas blend from Monday to Thursday.
Fridays and Saturdays will be ‘menu del dia’ or menu of the day depending on what produce they get their hands on and what dishes the chefs come up with.
