Top spot for Sussex intern

This is Freya Ward, who completed a Level 2 Marketing Apprenticeship at Napier Partnership Limited in Chichester in September 2015.

During her apprenticeship she entered the National Apprenticeship Awards in the Intermediate ‘Apprentice of the Year’ category, and in September won the South East Regional heat!

She was then shortlisted in the National finals where she went on to receive a National Highly Commended Award, and even got invited to a drinks reception at Number 10, where she met the Prime Minister.

The Awards were judged on her contribution to the apprenticeship at Napier. Napier had never hired an apprentice before, it is now a large part of their recruitment strategy.

But she also shone because of her contribution to her fellow apprentices, and off the back of this Freya is planning to launch The Apprentice Ambassador Network in March. This lady is destined for great things.
