Edendum is a new restaurant concept comprising an Italian restaurant, deli and café, and mixes up the time-honoured culinary traditions of northern Italy with a modern and elegant style.
We knew it was on to a winning formula when Food Festival boss (and BAHBAs Outstanding Brightonian winner!) Nick Mosley told us, “the food is impressive.”
Following a swanky VIP launch on 30 July the restaurant is now up and running and features exciting dishes like beef medallions with tuna sauce, salad of cuttlefish on a bed of creamed beans or vegetables, and yellow onion cooked with coarse salt in a seasonal vegetable and tomato caponata sauce on tender Bra cheese velvet cream.
There are vegan options too and of course all your Italian staples like gnocchi, pizza and pasta too.
