Local food for local people
New portal allows you to search where food is served and sold locally
South Downs Food and Drink Portal is a new showcase of the wonderful produce in the South Downs National Park and 10 mile radius – online.
You can search for local produce and the great places which sell and serve it using the Food Finder, or find out about all the fun foodie things to do in the region on the events calendar.
If you’re a local food or drink producer, or a retail or hospitality outlet which sells and promotes local fare, then you are entitled to a free listing in the directory for residents, visitors and businesses to find you; and if you organise food and drink events, food festivals, farmers markets etc or run a community project with local food and drink, you can list your event for free.
The project has been seed funded by the South Downs National Park Authority and The Southern Co-operative and covers the whole of Sussex and beyond.
